Nobody was ready for this Stanford play to start. Look at the QB and left tackle.

The Cardinal offense looks completely out of order. During a rough first half at Washington, stuff like this was going wrong for Stanford. This came on a fourth down conversion try, which is a unusual enough event for the Cardinal to already let you know things had gotten out of hand. What happened here? Some combination of the snap coming too early (evidence for that interpretation includes quarterback Keller Chryst looking pretty surprised to find it in his lap), left tackle A.
