Filmmaker’s Shadowy Doodles Draw Inspiration From The Mundane

Out of darkness comes light-hearted doodles. With just a pen and paper, film director Vincent Bal transforms the shadows everyday objects cast around his home in Antwerp, Belgium, into playful illustrations. It all began in May, when the 43-year-old father-of-two was working on a script for a new feature film.
