Report: Jimmy Garoppolo inactive, Jacoby Brissett to start for Patriots

Just over two hours before the Patriots host the Buffalo Bills, finally have an answer: Jacoby Brissett. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, it is the rookie Brissett who is healthy enough to play on Sunday, and in a bit of a surprise, Garoppolo will be inactive.
