Cam Newton suffers possible concussion when he eases up before scoring

Cam Newton was knocked out of Sunday’s game with a possible concussion (AP) Play to the whistle, everyone. Cam Newton apparently thought he was going to stroll into the end zone on a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter against the Atlanta Falcons, so he slowed up. Falcons linebacker Deion Jones kept playing though, and slammed into Newton right as he (barely) crossed the goal line.
