Hurricane Matthew heads north through the Caribbean

Hurricane Matthew is roaring across the Caribbean powered by 145 mile winds and is expected to drop more than three feet of rain in Haiti. The U.S. Navy Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba currently is evacuating the family members of sailors and U.S. government workers in the area. Chief Meteorologist Craig Setzer is tracking the storm in Miami.
