La Liga Table 2016: Sunday's Week 7 Results and Updated Standings

Atletico Madrid shot to La Liga's summit on Sunday after beating Valencia 2-0 at the Mestalla, while local rivals Real Madrid were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Eibar. Antoine Griezmann and Kevin Gameiro provided second-half goals for Los Rojiblancos to see them past Los Che, but Gareth Bale's single effort was only enough to rescue a point for Real after Fran Rico put Eibar into a shock lead at the Santiago Bernabeu.
