As I mentioned yesterday, I just reviewed Jan K?esadlo's GraveLarks -- central to which is an 'Ode to Stalin', written in... Homeric Greek (see it here), which the author was apparently quite adept at.
How adept ?
Well, he wrote an entire novel-in-verse in it: ???????????í?, published in a bilingual (classical Greek/Czech) edition.
Not only is this, as the Wikipedia page explains, a 6575-verse poem, it is a: "postmodern science fiction story" !
See an excerpt (with English translation, too) here (warning ! dreaded pdf format !).
