Facebook is reportedly planning to build a huge new data centre in Denmark (FB)

Facebook is planning to build its third data centre outside the US in Denmark, according to local news site fyens.dk. The social media giant is reportedly looking to build a facility with three server halls in an industrial area near Odense, which is Denmark's third largest city. Up to 1,200 jobs could be created during the construction of the data centre, fyens.dk wrote in a follow up article on Monday.
