Rory McIlroy: U.S. Ryder Cup Win ‘Good for Golf’

Rory McIlroy, Europe’s number one player, described the United States’ Ryder Cup win at Hazeltine over the weekend as “good for golf.” The U.S. had not won golf’s greatest team event since 2008 at Valhalla in Kentucky. But under the leadership of team captain Davis Love III, the team produced commanding performances throughout the three days of competition to take a 17-11 win.
