Hurricane Matthew tears through Caribbean

Hurricane Matthew could bring catastrophic damage to Caribbean islands before threatening the U.S. The dangerous storm is already flooding streets in Jamaica. It's packing sustained winds near 130 mph, and some areas could get 40 inches of rain. Mark Strassmann reports from Kingston, Jamaica, where residents are bracing for the Category 4 hurricane.
