Former Liverpool And West Ham Defender ‘Fighting For His Life’

Former Liverpool and West Ham defender Rigobert Song is reportedly fighting for his life after suffering a stroke. According to French publication L’Equipe, 40-year-old Song was rushed to hospital in Yaounde in his home country of Cameroon after falling ill at his home, and is now said to be in a coma. Song moved to the Premier League in 1999, joining Liverpool from Metz for £2.
