Mobile self-care apps for early identification & treatment of lymphedema

(New York University) The development of TOLF was motivated by the request from breast cancer survivors in our prior research where nurse-patient-in-person delivery model was used and guided by the Model of Self-Care for Lymphedema Symptom Management based on our prior research in the figure above. TOLF focuses on building self-care skills based on research-based, innovative, safe, feasible and easily-integrated-into daily-routine self-care strategies to lessen lymphedema symptom burden.
