A former employee is suing troubled VC firm Rothenberg Ventures, claiming unpaid salary

The former chief of staff for Rothenberg Ventures has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against the troubled venture capital firm, alleging that the company failed to provide employees with their final paychecks, according to court filings. The lawsuit, filed Friday by Katie Fanelli in San Francisco, claims that the company violated California labor codes "by failing to provide the employees with their final paycheck and thereby denying them payment for all hours worked.
