Iraq begins radio broadcast to Mosul ahead of offensive

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq launched a radio station on Tuesday to help Mosul residents stay safe during the upcoming military offensive to dislodge Islamic State from the largest city under its control, state TV said.
