Scientists make structure analysis of protein molecules several times faster

(Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) Scientists at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and several universities in the US came up with a technology for faster structure analysis of receptor proteins, which are important for human health. This new technology reduces the time it takes to study one single protein from over a year to just several months.Hopefully, this will allow microbiologists to study the entire range of 800 receptor proteins that play a vital role in how effective drugs are on the molecular level.
