Your coffee addiction may be a problem now, but it'll pay off as you get older.

A new University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee study on the effects of coffee on dementia found a hopeful correlation that suggests women, at least those above the age of 65, should drink up. Women in that age group, who ingested more caffeine (about "two to three 8-ounce cups of coffee" each day), had a better chance of avoiding dementia or other "cognitive impairment" when compared to those who had less than the average intake.
