Little Tokyo Turns Sekushi Sexy at Paris Las Vegas

The Strip prepares for “sexy” sushi Just days after HIG Management and their corporate sushi chef Eric Ou revealed the ambition for their Little Tokyo restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, the concept has undergone a name change. Sekushi Japanese & Raw Bar is under construction next door to HIG’s casual, Taiwan-inspired Yong Kang Street restaurant at the resort’s "Le Boulevard" restaurant row.
