MassDOT Experiencing E-ZPass Phone Issues as AET Go-live Date Nears

Masslive.com reports, “As the formal switchover to the cashless, all-electronic tolling system approaches, the E-ZPass phone lines are experiencing some issues. “MassDOT is currently looking into what appears to be intermittent problems with the E-ZPass phone lines today,” Jacquelyn Goddard, a spokesperson for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, said in an email.
