An apple a day is just what this business needed to grow (Photos)

SEATTLE — As far back as Danielle LaRiviere and Megan LaRiviere can remember, their dad encouraged them to start a business delivering apples to offices as a substitute for the doughnuts and candy he had seen offered as standard fare in most meeting rooms. The LaRiviere sisters eventually started the company called Apple-A-Day in their hometown of Yakima during summer break from Washington State University in 2009.
