American Public Says It Would Rather Have a Beer with Mike Pence Than Tim Kaine

I'm now turning into some of the post-debate blather. The general consensus seems to be that Tim Kaine had the facts on his side; Mike Pence repeatedly refused to defend Donald Trump; and Kaine did a good job of keeping Trump's cretinism front and center. But Pence was calmer, and therefore he won. CNN's instant poll bears this out. Respondents thought Kaine defended his boss better; was more knowledgeable; and attacked more.
