Carving a pumpkin for the holiday is all well and good, except for one thing: it’s a waste of a perfectly good gourd. Pumpkins, while festive sitting on your porch, are really meant to be eaten. So rather than carve your pumpkin this year, we have a recommendation: stuff it. (Of course, first be sure that the pumpkins at your pumpkin patch are suitable for eating.)
