T-Mobile to Prioritize Phones Over Hotspots

T-Mobile recently implemented a new policy that will favor phone performance over mobile hotspots when the network is congested. "Because we want to provide customers with the best on-device experience, our network is now designed to prioritize data on your T-Mobile smartphone, tablet or mobile internet devices, over smartphone mobile hotspot data," said T-Mobile on its web site.
