Franklin Adds Three New Active ETFs

Franklin Resources’ (BEN) Franklin Templeton family of funds is adding three new ETFs to its lineup--one equity and two fixed income products—to its LibertyShares platform. All three are actively managed. The new offerings are the Franklin Liberty U.S. Low Volatility ETF (FLLV), benchmarked to the Russell 1000, the Franklin Liberty Investment Grade Corporate ETF (FLCO), which will invest at least 80% of its net assets in investment grade corporate debt securities and investments, and the Franklin Liberty Short Duration U.
