Kevin White’s injury is yet another blow to the Bears’ rebuilding effort

Even when the Bears win they lose. Second-year wide receiver Kevin White was finally providing a shimmer of hope for the Chicago Bears’ ongoing rebuilding project. Not now. The ankle injury he suffered in the third quarter of Chicago’s win over the Lions last week is now expected to keep him sidelined for an “extended period of time,” according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
