Bagging a prime seafront spot near the British Airways i360, this Victorian pile with a terracotta façade is looking a little tired. The fusty décor is due for imminent refurbishment, but a swish Art Deco bar, indoor pool and hip seafood restaurant, The Salt Room, means the old girl has potential.
