D.C. United's Lamar Neagle wins MLS Player of the Week for Week 30

When teams have two games in a week, it offers a chance at making a big push up the standings, and sometimes an opportunity for squad rotation during a long season. In the case of D.C. United, last week's two-game week resulted in two wins to help solidify their MLS playoff prospects, and Lamar Neagle turned in a good personal week, grabbing a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win over Columbus Crew SC midweek before scoring both goals in an impressive 2-1 road win over Toronto FC.
