BlackRock Price Cuts Should Help It Dominate ETF Landscape

On Tuesday, iShares provider BlackRock (BLK) announced it would cut fees on 15 of its ETFs, saying that it saw an opportunity to expand ETF use ahead of a change in the Department Of Labor’s Fiduciary Rules.
