Hurricane Matthew Prompts Miami To Shutter Film Production

Hurricane Matthew hasn't hit Florida yet, but it's already taking a toll on filming activity there. SAG-AFTRA closed its Miami office today for the rest of the week, and the Miami-Dade County Office of Film and Entertainment announced that it is "rescinding all active film/photo permits until after Tuesday, October 11th. We will re-access the situation and infrastructure at that time and notify all active film/photo permit holders.
