New Elder Scrolls Online update for PC lets players freely explore the world

The latest update to Elder Scrolls Online for PC units Tamriel's realms, allowing you to freely explore anywhere you like. Introduced as "One Tamriel" at this year's E3, fusing the game's lands together comes hand-in-hand with another change: no matter where you visit, areas scale with your character. One exception: you can't access Coldharbour until you've finished the game's main quest.
