Millions Of Coastal Residents Warned To Flee Inland As Hurricane Nears Florida

At least 16 people died as Hurricane Matthew struck Haiti, Cuba and now the Bahamas. The National Hurricane Center predicts the storm will reach Florida as a Category 4 late Thursday or early Friday.
