Chef Tim Love Dips Into Late-Night Sweet and Savory Doughnuts

Back Dough dishes out sweets in the back of Lonesome Dove Dallas chef Tim Love brought his doughnut pop-up bakery, Back Dough, to Austin starting last month, doling out late night sweet and savory versions of the fried cake from the back of Lonesome Dove. There will be three options available: two sweet, and one savory, rotating weekly. Doughnut flavors have included chocolate thick mint (a take on thin mints with Italian mint meringue chunks) and a pina colada version.
