Florida Gov. Rick Scott on Hurricane Matthew: 'This storm will kill you'

Florida Gov. Rick Scott on Thursday issued a dire warning to residents living in evacuation zones to leave immediately or risk death because of an impending hurricane set to make landfall in the state. Hurricane Matthew is bearing down on the state, and forecasters have predicted hurricane-force winds and a storm surge of five to nine feet starting early Friday. The storm is expected to hit Florida as a Category 4 hurricane.
