Coupa, Cloud Startup, More than Doubles on Debut

Shares of Coupa Software (COUP), the San Mateo, California cloud computing software startup, just opened for trading on Nasdaq and have more than doubled from their offer price of $18 to $38.77, after pricing at the high end, last night, of an expected range of $16 to $18. The company in 2007, bills itself as a "spend management platform,” according to its S1 prospectus.
