Penn Medicine Receives CDC Award to Combat Antibiotic Resistance

The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania has been awarded more than $1 million by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop new approaches to combat antibiotic resistance. Penn researchers will lead three separate projects to support CDC's Antibiotic Resistance Solutions Initiative.
