Two Food Trucks Shut Down by Health District

Both had imminent health hazards Sin City Wings, the food truck, was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection on Oct. 1 discovered two imminent health hazards. SNHD inspectors found a lack of adequate refrigeration and no potable or hot water. The 32-demerit inspection also found staff not properly washing their hands, ineffective pest control measures, food unprotected from potential contamination and more.
