Sweet 'naked' bird with rare condition will steal your heart

Rhea may not look like most other birds, but she's inspiring people around the world. The 2-year-old lovebird from Boston suffers from Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease which caused her to lose all her feathers. The condition often also causes beaks and claws to become brittle and deformed, the Parrot Society of the UK reports.
