Qatar could raise its stake in Deutsche Bank to 25% — and the stock is jumping (DB)

Qatar i investors who own the largest stake in Deutsche Bank do not plan to sell their shares and could consider buying more if the embattled German bank decides to raise capital, sources familiar with Qatar i investment policy told Reuters. A report from Bloomberg around noon EST said Qatar could raise its stake in Deutsche Bank to as much as 25%. Shares in the German lender jumped more than 2% on the news.
