As Trump whips up fears of 'voter fraud,' election protection becomes critical

Donald Trump is escalating his dangerous rhetoric about this election being "rigged," and how "they're letting people pour into the country so they can go and vote." He's been urging his supporters to go to the polls on election day to fight "voter fraud." The dangers in that are clear. “There’s actually a risk that, in a more disorganized way, people are going to be showing up to the polls, they won’t know the law, and they’ll be engaging in discriminatory challenges,” Adam Gatlin, counsel for the Democracy Program at New York University’s Brennan Center for Justice, told ProPublica earlier this month.
