Saudi Arabia Bluffs Oil Markets, Will It Last?

Global oil prices have increased around 10% since OPEC's announcement last week to agree to a marginal oil production cut at its meeting in November. Even if cuts are put in place, it does little to change market fundamentals and current oil price increases will not last.
