Summer ‘16 was supposed to be the summer of J.R. Smith. He was fresh off of an NBA championship, a world tour without a shirt on, and ready to sign his next big NBA contract. Except the NBA contract still has not arrived. We’re two weeks into the NBA preseason and there is still no contract, but that won’t stopping Smith from missing a thing. Here is non-Cavalier J.R.
