Three-alarm fire in Concord displaces 25 residents

A three-alarm fire that tore through a three-story apartment complex in Concord on Friday left four people with minor injuries and 25 displaced, officials said. “This incident was very labor extensive and several of our District’s resources were committed on scene,” said Officer Ed Gonzales, battalion chief for the Contra Costa Count Fire Protection District, adding that 67 firefighters responded.
