How the geek factor holds San Jose's extreme diversity together

SILICON VALLEY — San Jose has the largest concentration of computer and mathematics jobs of any city in the nation, according to a just-released study from Abodo, the online apartment locator. Ho hum. But just how dense is this concentration of geek jobs? More than four times the national average. And that’s where the meaning is, because in the other job sectors Abodo surveyed, the leading job concentrations weren’t nearly so dense.
