Hillary Clinton's campaign communications directors, Jennifer Palmieri, said that the Clinton campaign sees potential to pick up supporters repelled by Donald Trump’s offensive comments about women on a 2005 video that surfaced Friday. That video prompted many Republican officials who were backing Mr. Trump to renounce their support.
