African press review 10 October 2016

The European Union calls for a prompt and impartial review of the trial of Rwandan opposition figure Victoire Ingabire. There's more trouble on the horizon for South African president Jacob Zuma. And Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir will later today form a government of national unity, bringing the opposition into the fold after two years of negotiations between his ruling National Congress Party and other political groups.
