John Oliver Hilariously Explains Why Closing Guatanamo Is No Lock

President Barack Obama has not made good on his pledge to close the Guantanamo Bay military prison, so “Last Week Tonight” host John Oliver broke out a few reasons why. In a 20-minute segment Sunday that focused on the absurdities, he noted that the United States has been paying Cuba $4,085 in annual rent for the property. “We’ve barely been talking to Cuba,” he said.
