ETF Inflows Jumped In Late September, Biotech, Commodities Shine

Exchange traded products attracted $18 billion last month, but that came mostly at the end of the month, after the Fed decided to not raise interest rates, says Credit Suisse. Yet that was still the lowest total for the past for months. The late surge ultimately pushed domestic ETF demand to $9 billion, while international equity focused fund were nearly flat. Fixed income products, which had seen outflows earlier in the month, ended up $8 billion.
