It was designed by Colombian-Ecuadorian filmmaker Alejandro Landes For a mere $50 million, you could live in this stunning tropical-modernist Miami mansion designed by the Colombian-Ecuadorian filmmaker Alejandro Landes. Known as Casa Bahia, and coming in at an impressive 20,000 square feet, the property sits on the shore of Biscayne Bay. Landes designed the home himself, working with local architect Jerry Gavcovich.
