Portland Losing Four High-Profile Restaurants This Month

THE SHUTTER—Last week Portland saw the closing of two very well-liked restaurants: Scott Dolich's The Bent Brick and ChefStable's hip-hop pizzeria P.R.E.A.M. The former closed after five years on July 2—the day on which it was supposed to fully implement its tip-free "one house" service policy.
