Kombucha Food Truck Lands Brick and Mortar in LoHi

American Cultures opened a corner retail storefront in the hot dining neighborhood After serving kombucha and organic frozen yogurts for years with positive results, Danielle and Noah Brooks founded American Cultures in 2015. The duo took to the streets in a refurbished 1948 International Harvester, re-imagining the antiquated vehicle into a funky food truck to take Happy Leaf Kombucha to thirsty customers at events across the Front Range.
