Ramen Tatsu-ya Job Post Adds Fuel to Rumored Houston Expansion

A Montrose outpost is looking more plausible than ever For many moons now there’ve been rumors floating around that celebrated Austin-based ramen outfit Ramen Tatsu-ya might be expanding to Houston. In April 2013 Eater tipsters reported that a second location was in the works. When reached for comment, a representative from the popular noodle shop confirmed that Houston was one possible location the owners were scouting for expansion.
